Adam Azim is scheduled to put his perfect professional record on the line against Eliot Chavez in what promises to be an exciting super lightweight contest.
The British fighter of Pakistani descent recently captured the vacant IBF super lightweight championship earlier this year by defeating Sergey Lipinets via stoppage.
That victory propelled Azim`s record to an impressive 13 wins from 13 fights, with a remarkable 10 of those wins ending by knockout.
However, Chavez could present a challenging test. He recently returned to winning ways following three consecutive losses, securing a fifth-round knockout against Hector Manuel Vargas just last month.
Azim should approach this fight cautiously, given that the Mexican challenger is notably recognized for previously defeating former world champion Mauricio Lara.
Adding to the intrigue, Chavez was also disqualified in a heated encounter against Harlem Eubank in 2022.
This compelling matchup has been included as a late addition to the undercard of the Callum Simpson vs Ivan Zucco event.
