Chantelle Cameron Claims Vacant WBO Light Middleweight Title

The Olympia complex in Liverpool, England, hosted a highly anticipated bout for the vacant WBO Women’s World Championship title in the light middleweight division (up to 69.9 kg). Stepping into the ring were two formidable athletes: the seasoned British boxer Chantelle Cameron (22-1, 8 KOs) and Michaela Kotaskova (11-1-2, 4 KOs) from the Czech Republic.

Chantelle Cameron, widely recognized as a former undisputed world champion in two lighter weight classes and one of the world’s leading pound-for-pound female boxers, showcased her exceptional skill, securing a decisive victory and once again adorning herself with a championship belt.
