Al Siesta, a promoter from IBA Pro and a key figure associated with Umar Kremlev, is actively working to arrange the next bout for the “regular” WBA heavyweight champion, Murat Gassiev (33-2, 26 KOs).
Gassiev’s promoter has confirmed that negotiations are currently underway with several potential opponents. Among the notable contenders vying for a fight against Gassiev are Filip Hrgovic, Zhilei Zhang, Jarrell Miller, and Michael Hunter.
It is noted that Gassiev suffered a points loss in one of his fights last December, a result that may be motivating his team to pursue new challenges and secure a significant matchup in the heavyweight division.
