Jake Paul has acquired a magnificent ranch valued at £29 million, funded by his earnings from the Mike Tyson fight.
The internet personality turned boxer surprised many by announcing a bout with the legendary fighter in November, despite a 30-year age difference.

Paul, 28, had already secured 10 wins out of 11 professional fights, with his only loss coming against Tommy Fury in February 2023.
The social media star added another win to his record by defeating Tyson via unanimous decision.
Now, Paul is preparing for his upcoming fight against Julio Cesar Chavez this weekend.
However, he has been getting ready for the bout in a picturesque setting after investing a substantial amount in a luxurious ranch.
Paul spent £29 million on a historic estate located in Georgia, which represents his earnings from the victory over Tyson.
This impressive ranch encompasses 5,746 acres and includes large ponds, lakes, and creeks.
Paul`s acquisition is one of the largest private land transactions ever recorded in Georgia.
The ranch has been likened to owning an NFL team in terms of significant land ownership.
Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, one year sober after winning his fight with addiction, reveals a promise to his kids to knock out Jake Paul.

Its proximity to the Florida border ensures a rich variety of wildlife, including turkeys and deer.
The ranch also offers potential for activities such as hunting, watersports, and horseback riding.
It clearly provides an ideal environment for Paul to focus and prepare before Saturday`s confrontation with Chavez.
He told DAZN: “I would say Chavez is most likely going to be the toughest opponent, the most experienced, literally the most amount of fights out of all my opponents.
He’s a former world champion, which I haven’t faced other than Mike Tyson, but he was older.
“Chavez is still in his thirties, so this is going to be the toughest one.”
Jake Paul vs Julio Cesar Chavez Jr
Jake Paul`s controversial boxing career continues this weekend as the `Problem Child` faces boxing royalty in Anaheim, California.
Paul will compete against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, a highly accomplished former world middleweight champion.
The 39-year-old Mexican has fought only once in the past four years but possesses the most impressive boxing record among Paul`s opponents, with the exception of Mike Tyson, who was 58 at the time of their fight.
