Nate Diaz Unloads on Charles Oliveira: “I believe I’d beat the f***ing sh*t out of him”

Nate Diaz has once again voiced strong criticism against Charles Oliveira, the current holder of the UFC BMF title. Diaz expressed significant annoyance with Oliveira’s grappling-focused strategy during UFC 326, which led to his victory over Max Holloway and claiming the BMF championship. Following Oliveira’s win, Diaz took to X (formerly Twitter) to comment, labelling them “Boring Mother F**kers.” He further asserted, “Ps Don’t try and be me Olivera Hollaway Taporia Mcggregor Pimples Nun of yallll 👊🏼.”

Nate Diaz goes all out on Charles Oliveira

Diaz, widely credited as the inspiration behind the BMF belt, never personally held the title. However, he remains keen on a UFC return in 2026 to secure what he believes is rightfully his. In a recent interview with Theo Von, Diaz declared his desire to “beat the sh*t” out of Charles Oliveira and take possession of the BMF belt. He stated, “Fuc**ng b***h ass [Charles] Oliveira, who I believe I’d beat the f*****g s**t out of him. People I beat beat him. I beat [Anthony] Pettis; Pettis choked that fool. I beat [Donald] Cerrone; Cerrone kicked him all up in his a*s, punked him like a little bi*ch. He’s walking around with my belt, though. And this fool actually won the title one time, and I was like what’s up? I’ll fight Oliveira. I know I’ll beat Oliveira. And then Oliveira is like, ‘No thanks.'”

Diaz also lambasted Oliveira for expressing interest in a fight with Conor McGregor, despite McGregor’s two-fight losing streak and almost five-year absence from the octagon. Diaz elaborated, “I put a tweet out like I’ll fight him, and then he put a tweet out like no thanks, homie, I’m trying to fight for big stuff, world championships, and this that. I understand you have the right to be big league me cuz you’re Mr Champion. I’m just like, go ahead with your sorry a*s then. A little while later, after Conor breaks his leg all up and gets knocked out all over the place, this fool is like I’ll fight Conor McGregor and I’m like I thought you were on to bigger and better things. You’re picking on people who are on the downfall.”
