PFL 2: Higo vs. Alves Event Results

Here are the complete results from PFL 2: Higo vs. Alves, the latest event from the Professional Fighters League held on Friday night at Universal Studios Florida in Orlando.

This card represented the second event of the PFL`s 2025 World Tournament season. The tournament features eight-man brackets contested across eight different weight classes. The PFL 2 event specifically showcased the opening round matchups for both the bantamweight and women`s flyweight divisions.

The main event featured a bantamweight bout between former Bellator title challenger Leandro Higo and Marcirley Alves. Alves was a late replacement opponent; Higo was initially scheduled to face Magomed Magomedov, who withdrew. A subsequent replacement, Josh Rettinghouse, was also unable to compete after not being medically cleared the day before the event, leading to Alves being elevated from a planned alternate bout on the undercard.

In the co-main event, former Bellator champion Liz Carmouche squared off against Ilara Joanne in a women`s flyweight contest.
