PFL 3 Results: Kasanganay vs. Edwards

The results are in from the PFL 3 event featuring Kasanganay vs. Edwards, which took place at Universal Studios Florida in Orlando on Friday night.

In the main event, former PFL light heavyweight champion Impa Kasanganay competed at his original weight class of 185 pounds, seeking further success. He faced Fabian Edwards, a fighter with two Bellator title challenges on his record, making his debut appearance in a PFL tournament.

The lightweight portion of the card included a highly anticipated bout between former UFC competitor Marc Diakiese and the reigning 2024 PFL lightweight champion, Gadzhi Rabadanov. Rabadanov had a dominant run in the division the previous year, culminating in a decisive knockout victory over Brent Primus in the finals.

Rabadanov entered this fight on a 10-fight winning streak, aiming to continue his impressive form as this matchup helped kick off the PFL lightweight tournament.

It was also noted that the scheduled fight between Robert Watley and Tony Caruso was cancelled just before the start of the event.
