UFC Champion Carlos Ulberg Mistaken for a Fan at WrestleMania

It was an embarrassing moment for UFC fighter Carlos Ulberg when he was mistaken for a spectator by security at WWE’s recent WrestleMania event.

The New Zealand mixed martial artist was trying to make his way to his seat when a member of the security team stopped him.

“They were trying to get me to move, like ‘Hey, you need to go back behind the barrier,'” Ulberg told MMA Fighting.

Ulberg, who is 6’4″ and weighs around 205 pounds, said the security guard didn’t recognize him.

“I was like, ‘Nah, I’m good, I’ve got a ticket,’ and he’s like, ‘No, you gotta go back,'” Ulberg recalled.

Ulberg explained that he eventually found his seat and was able to enjoy the show.

“It was pretty funny, I’ll tell you that,” he said.
