UFC star Conor McGregor has launched his latest business endeavor, an energy drink brand named “MAC ENERGY.” This move into the beverage industry follows his significant success with alcoholic brands like Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey and Forged Irish Stout.
McGregor, who has amassed an estimated fortune of $220 million through his fighting career and various enterprises, introduced “MAC ENERGY” at the Beverage Forum 2026 in California. While specific details about the drink are scarce, McGregor shared a preview on social media, featuring boxer Ryan Garcia with cans of the new product.
What sets “MAC ENERGY” apart, according to McGregor, is its unique, patented formula. He stated on X that the drink is the “ONLY energy drink with 5 grams of the ketone ‘BHB’ inside,” referring to BHB as the “energy” ketone. McGregor claims this patented formula gives his brand a distinct advantage over competitors in the $90 billion energy drink market, suggesting rivals have been “caught off guard” and cannot replicate it.
This new venture comes as McGregor continues to recover from a broken leg suffered in July 2021. Rumors are circulating about a potential comeback fight against Max Holloway at UFC 329 on July 11th, marking a significant event during International Fight Week.
